About Eagle Extensions

Eagle Extensions is an enrichment program for Big Walnut students currently in grades kindergarten - 6th grade. Clubs will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Clubs with less than 15 registered students will be cancelled. Hometown ticketing will be used for all signups and payment will be taken at the time of sign-up.

Activities are as follows:

• Get out and Play with Mr. Clewell - Thursdays (3:30-4:30 PM) Grades 2-4
• Digital Explorers with Mr. Clewell - Tuesdays (3:30-4:30 PM) Grades K-1
• Coding with Mr. Clewell - Wednesdays (3:30-4:30 PM) Grades 2-4
• Music Makers with Ms. Byahatti - Tuesdays (3:30-4:30 PM) Grades 2-4
• Music Play with Ms. Byahatti - Wednesdays (3:30-4:30 PM) Grades K-1
• Get out and play with Mr. Clewell - Thursdays (3:30 - 4:30 PM) Grades K-1 (will start 4/15)
• Makers Space - Wednesdays (3:30 - 4:30 PM) Grades 2-4
• Coding - Tuesdays (3:30 - 4:30 PM) Grades K-4
• Lego Club - Mondays (3:30 - 4:30 PM) Grades K-2

**Normal classroom behavior is expected. Eagle Extensions are intended to be a fun learning experience. The instructor will write up disruptive behavior and the student will be verbally warned. Continuous disruptive behavior will result in permanent dismissal from the class. Parents will be notified by the Eagle Extension Coordinator of their child's dismissal. All other school rules and regulations found in the student handbook apply to Eagle Extensions.

Event Policy: All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Tickets needed for Kindergarten and Up.

Buy a season ticket to avoid paying at the gate and an increased OCC per game rate of $8 per adult or student.

In the event of a rescheduled event, your ticket/pass will be valid for the new date.

During the week of May 20-May 23, eighth graders at school will be involved in a variety of activities, all of which include trips outside the school building.

Tuesday, May 21 - Top Golf

Wednesday, May 22 - Columbus Bowling Palace

Thursday, May 23 - The Columbus Zoo

Eighth graders at school will be involved in a variety of activities, all of which include trips outside the school building. Activities will be supervised by teachers. Please be advised that all school rules apply during field trips. Appropriate school dress is expected; please consider the weather and the scheduled activity for the day.

**A pre-planned absence form is required and due to be turned in to Mrs. Hayhurst no later than Friday March 15 in order to attend.**
