We are happy to announce that the Big Walnut HS and MS Athletic Offices will be offering athletic physical date(s) for a nominal fee.

12:00 PM Noon- 4:00PM - Select your appointment time.

Cost: $20.00

Location: Sunbury Chiropractic, 123 OH-3, Sunbury, Ohio 43074

Please bring the filled out physical form with you to the appointment.
